I'm blogging on a slow day, so I thought I would stick in an entry about what we found in the markets around southwestern France.
Remember my picture from Kansas of all of the different types of bologna in jars that were on display? Well this is the equivalent in France.
There are a lot of products that seemed almost like home, but not quite...
There are always fun exotic chip flavors. We can vouch for the yakitori.
Apparently craft beer has hit France
They sell my favorite French wine spritzer wine here, and it's approximately the same cost!
And speaking of a taste of home...
I'm sure we'll see more over the next couple of weeks, but wanted to catch you up on what we've been seeing so far.
